About INSUVAI sweets and kaaram
INSUVAI reimagines traditional Indian mithai with thoughtfully selected ingredients. Our range includes karupatti sweets, millet laddus, dry fruit halwa, nut burfis and festive gift boxes, crafted in small batches. Product claims are applied individually according to each recipe. Whether you are ordering for a festival, a family celebration or everyday snacking, every product is chosen with care so you can celebrate tradition in every bite.
Ingredients we choose (and avoid)
We keep our recipes simple and transparent. No Maida, No Refined Sugar and No Palm Oil statements appear only on products where they are accurate for the recipe. The Festival Celebration Kit is a curated festive box and does not display these individual claims. Each product page lists its exact ingredients, allergen notes and suitability details.
No refined sugar, naturally sweetened
Selected products use karupatti (palm jaggery), dates, figs or raisins to add sweetness instead of refined white sugar. Please check the individual product's ingredient information and verified badges before purchase.
Millets, nuts and whole grains
Our millet laddus are built on ragi, kambu, cholam and other native grains, while nut-based sweets use cashews, almonds, walnuts and sesame for natural richness and nutrition.
Karupatti sweets & millet laddus
Karupatti, or palm jaggery, is a traditional South Indian sweetener with a deep caramel flavour. Selected karupatti sweets include laddus, halwa, burfi, kaju katli, jelabi and jangiri. Check each product's ingredients and verified refined-sugar statement before choosing.

Storage, shelf life & delivery
Orders are generally dispatched or delivered within 4 hours to 72 hours, depending on the product, order details and delivery location. Products generally have a shelf life of 5–10 days, depending on the product. Check each pack and product page for exact storage and shelf-life details.
